依靠管理创新 深化我国农业推广体系的改革

文章指出在经济转轨变型时期，创新管理落后是我国农业推广体系建设落后 于农业、农民和农村发展需求的主要原因。在深化改革中要采用信息管理原则，加强对农民 的信息咨询服务，依靠技术创新创办示范农场和高新技术园区，运用知识管理建立高素质的 农业推广队伍，实行可持续管理达到推广目标与政府目标、农民目标的一致，社会效益、经 济效益、生态效益的统一。

Deepening the Reform of Agricultural Extension System in Our Country Rely on the Innovation of Management

It is pointed out that the backwardness of innovation management is t he key reasons why construction of agriculture extension system lags behind the requirement of development of agriculture,farmers and countryside in economy tra nsform period.We must adopt the information management rules in the deepening of reform,strengthen serving farmers of information consulting,construct model far ms and new and hi－tech gardens relying on technology innovation,construct high quality agricultural extension teams by knowledge managenent,implement sustainab le management. So the object of agricultural extension is in keeping with that o f government and farmers;the social benefit,economic benefit and ecological bene fit coincide.
