电控多点喷射燃气发动机的改进设计

摘    要:通过优化与改进燃料供给系统、点火系统和进排气系统、提高压缩比、设计电控单元等措施,对NJG427型发动机进行电控多点喷射燃气发动机的改进设计,并对改进后的发动机进行了发动机台架实验测试。实验结果表明,改装后燃气发动机的动力性能得以恢复,经济性能明显改善,排放水平符合欧洲号排放法规要求。

Abstract:A design scheme was presented for refitting a NJG427 engine into a gas-fuel engine of electronically controlled multi-point injection, which included optimization and improvement on fuel system, ignition system, intake system and exhaust system, increasing in compression ratio, and design on electronic control unit. The refitted engine was tested on an engine test bench subsequently. Results indicated that the refitted engine's power performance came back, economy performance became better, and emission level measured up to the third-stage emission standard of Europe.
