摘    要:[目的]以木薯酒精产业的废弃物杂醇油(异戊醇)和CO2为起始原料合成异戊酸异戊酯,探索异戊酸异戊酯的合成条件。[方法]初步探讨了异戊酸异戊酯的合成机理,通过对反应条件的考察得到最佳合成工艺条件。[结果]反应温度、反应压力、CO2与异戊醇体积比及异戊醇进料速率的增加均会使异戊醇的转化率、异戊酸异戊酯的选择性和收率先升高后降低。[结论]异戊酸异戊酯的最佳制备条件为:反应温度为350~400℃,反应压力为0.6 MPa,二氧化碳与异戊醇进料体积比为150∶1,异戊醇进料速度为0.6 ml/min。在此制备条件下,异戊醇的转化率为47.00%,异戊酸异戊酯的产率为20.00%,异戊酸异戊酯的选择性为40.00%。

Study on the Preparation of Isoamyl Isovalerate by Isoamyl Alcohol and CO2

Abstract:[Objective] Isoamyl isovalerate was prepared by fusel oil and CO2 which was the waste of cassava alcohol industry,and the effect of reaction conditions on the product was studied.[Method] The synthesis mechanism of isoamyl isovalerate was preliminary discussed and the best process conditions of isoamyl isovalerate could be obtained by the investigation of reaction conditions.[Result] Conversion of isoamyl alcohol,the yield and selectivity of isoamyl isovalerate were increased first and then decreased by the increasing of the temperature,pressure,the volume ratio of isoamyl alcohol with CO2(VCO2/ VIA) and the velocity of isoamyl alcohol.[Conclusion] The optimum synthetic conditions of isoamyl isovalerate are as follows,the temperature is 350-400 ℃,the pressure is 0.6 MPa,VCO2/VIA is 150∶1 and the velocity of isoamyl alcohol is 0.6 ml/min.The conversion of isoamyl alcohol is 47.00%,the yield and the selectivity of isoamyl isovalerate are 20.00% and 40.00%,respectively.
