小油桐育苗技术研究

摘    要:目的]提供优质的小油桐种苗。方法]用高锰酸钾处理种子,对种子直播和芽苗移栽2种育苗方法进行比较。结果]采用0.02%高锰酸钾溶液浸种30min处理为最佳,其发芽时间提早24~36h,发芽率提高14.7个百分点,成苗率提高11.2个百分点;苗期高生长和地径生长增加18.1%和50.0%。种子直播和芽苗移栽试验表明,半年生苗芽苗移栽比直播苗高15.0%,地径大41.2%,分枝明显增多,平均侧根数比种子直播苗多64.2%,定植后成活率比直播苗提高10.0个百分点,当年高生长和地径生长增加20.0%和23.6%。结论]用高锰酸钾浸种可缩短发芽时间,提高发芽率和成苗率;在种子出苗后,芽苗移栽的苗木明显优于种子直播培育的苗木。

Study on Seedling Propagation Technique of Jatropha curcas L.

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to provide good quality planting stock of Jatropha curcas L..Method]After treatment of seeds with potassium permanganate to produce seedling,the growth of seedlings between transplanting and direct seeding was compared and the planting percent,stem length and base of plantlet were observed.Results]The seed immersed with 0.02% potassium permanganate could improve seedling growth.The optimum time of immersion was 30 min,which had advanced budding time by 24-36 h;raised germination rate by 14.7% ;improved planting percent by 11.2% ;increased stem length and base by 18.1% and 50.0%.The comparison between planting stock from transplanting and from direct seeding indicated that the plantlet transplanted after semiannual growth had increased the height by 15% as against that of direct seeding,and the stem base by 41.2%,amount of hair root by 64.2% ;after the plantlet was planted,the survival rate increased by 10.0% and the height and diameter increased by 20.0% and 23.6%,respectively.Conclusion]To produce vigorous seedlings,immersion of seeds with 0.02% potassium permanganate for 10-30 mins can shorten the time of budding,raise the germination rate and planting percent.After the seedlings grow up,the planting stock from seedling transplanting was superior to that from direct seeding in both plant growth and survival rate.
