转型社会中农村集体经济组织角色功能研究——以东莞为例

通过对东莞的案例研究,表明随着经济规模的增大,农村集体经济组织出现了＂经济性挤代＂、＂政治性挤占＂和＂服务性替代＂的现象,导致农村集体经济组织的功能失调,这种功能失调在经济条件恶化等风险的影响下将使农村集体经济组织陷入严重的功能危机。而以经济方式转变为契机壮大集体经济实力,割断对村民和公益事业的无限责任,强化其对农户个体经营的生产服务能力的功能格局是促进农村集体经济组织良性发展的可行路径。

Study on the Role and Function of Rural Collective Economic Organization in Transitional China

Through the case study of Dongwan,the rural collective economic organizations with expanding economic scale has suffered from "economic eroding and replacement","political eroding" and "service replacement",leading to its dysfunction,which would drag the rural collective economic organizations into severe function crisis under the influence of deteriorating economic conditions,it was feasible to promote the healthy development of rural collective economic organizations through reinforcing collective economic strength in the chance of economic mode transformation,cutting off the unlimited responsibility for villagers and public welfare,and improving its producing and services to self-employed farmers.
