罗布麻种子诱导分化培养基的筛选

摘    要:[目的]筛选罗布麻种子诱导分化的最佳培养基。[方法]以MS培养基为基础培养基,选择无污染的带皮罗布麻种芽(露白)作为外植体,考察不同浓度NAA对罗布麻种子诱导分化的影响,筛选出最佳的培养基。[结果]不同浓度的NAA均能促进罗布麻种子成活,且不同浓度见无显著性差异。罗布麻种子的最佳培养基为:MS+0.02mg/LNAA+1.00mg/LIBA+10g/L琼脂+30g/L蔗糖。[结论]该研究为罗布麻的规模化生产奠定了基础。

Abstract:[Objective]To screen out a optimal medium for differentiation of seed from Apocynum venetum L..[Method]Using MS as the basic medium and free bulbils of Apocynum venetum as explants,effect of NAA concentration on differentiation of seed from Apocynum venetum was investigated,obtaining the optimum medium.[Result]NAA favored the survival of Apocynum venetum seed,and was not significant in different concentration.The optimal medium for differentiation of Apocynum venetum seed was:MS + 0.02 mg/L NAA + 1.00 mg/L IBA + 10 g/L agar + 30 g/L cane sugar.[Conclusion]This case provided basis for the industrialization production of Apocynum venetum.
