摘    要:[目的]优化宁夏黄芪中主要微量元素的提取工艺。[方法]采用微波提取法宁夏黄芪中铜、铁、锌、钙,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其含量,并利用正交试验优化宁夏黄芪中4种元素的提取工艺。[结果]选择水作为提取溶剂,以Cu、Zn含量测定结果为依据,正交试验优化所得的提取最佳条件为:料液比1:5.0,提取时间10min,微波功率480W;在此条件下,重复试验取得了良好效果。[结论]研究结果为全面了解宁夏黄芪的质量提供了理论依据。

Study on the Technology of Extracting Microelements of Astragalus from Ningxia by Microwave-assisted Method

Abstract:[Objective]To optimize the extracting process of microelements of Astragalus from Ningxia.[Method]The essential micro elements such as Cu,Fe,Zn and Ca from Astragalus in Ningxia was extracted by Microwave assisted extraction(MAE),and their contents were determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(FAAS) method.[Result]Taking water as solvent,the contents of Cu,Zn as measure basis,the best process which were optimized by orthogonal experiments was 1:5.0 of solid-liquid radio,10 min of extraction time,480 W of microwave power;under these conditions,extraction effect of the microelement in Astragalus from Ningxia was good.[Conclusion]These primary research results provided the theoretic basis to understand the quality of Astragalus from Ningxia comprehensively.
