| 摘 要： | 针对传统土地监察模式存在的问题,提出利用GPS、GIS和GPRS通信等技术建设土地监察动态巡查管理系统,详细分析了系统的总体架构和网络架构,并开发实现土地监察动态巡查监控系统的部分核心功能。系统减少土地执法人员在调查取证中进行土地现场勘测的工作量,提高工作质量和效率。

| Abstract: | In response to the problems which existed under traditional land supervision pattern,land supervision dynamic management system was set up by dint of GPS,GIS and GPRS telecommunication technology.The general structure and network frame of the system were expounded and partial core function of the inspection supervisory system was realized.The practice indicated that the system reduced the workload for law enforcement officials while carrying on the land scene survey and improved both work quality and efficiency. |
