摘 要: | [目的]测定红河野生金雀花中金属元素含量。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收法同时测定金雀花中Co、Zn、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Fe、Cd8种金属元素的含量。[结果]金雀花中含有丰富的金属元素,尤以Fe和Zn等元素的含量较高,未检测出Cr元素,其金属元素含量由高到低顺序为Fe〉Zn〉Cu〉Ni〉Co〉Pb〉Cd〉Cr。[结论]金雀花具有较高的营养价值,这为其更好地利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract: | [Objective]To determine the content of metal elements in Caragana sinica.[Method]Contents of eight metal elements like Co,Zn,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb,Fe and Cd in Caragana sinica were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.[Result]Caragana sinica were rich in metal elements,and the content order of eight elements were determined to be Fe > Zn > Cu > Ni > Co > Pb > Cd > Cr.Cr was not detected.[Conclusion]Caragana sinica possessed high nutrient value and this work provided scientific basis for better application of Caragana sinica. |
