河北省农村居民生活水平现状分析研究——基于恩格尔系数分析

基于恩格尔系数理论,对河北省农村居民生活水平中存在的农民收入水平低增收难、农民支出负担重减负难,社会保障水平低提高难等问题作简要分析,提出了增加农民收入、完善社会保障体系、增加教育投入以及完善立法等全方位的具体措施,旨在探求提高河北省农村居民生活水平的有效途径。

Analysis on the Current Situation of Rural Living Standards in Hebei Province

Based on the Engel coefficients theory,this paper analyzes the difficulties of increasing farmers' income,decreasing farmers' spending and improving the social security level of Hebei Province.And puts forward some measures on increasing the farmers' income,perfecting social security system,increasing the input of education,improving legislation and so on,aiming to find effective ways to improve rural residents living standards of Hebei Province.
