摘 要: | 目的]优选丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺。方法]采用正交试验方法,以丹皮酚的提取量/率为指标,考察超声温度、超声时间、提取溶剂浓度(氯化钠溶液)、料液比对提取量/率的影响。结果]丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺为:超声温度50℃、超声时间20 min、氯化钠溶液浓度3%和料液比1∶10。在此条件下,丹皮酚的提取量和提取率分别为0.964 0 g和85.69%。结论]超声波提取对丹皮酚的提取量/率影响明显。

Study on the Extraction Technology of Paeonol from CORTEX MOUTAN |

Abstract: | Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of paeonol from CORTEX MOUTAN.Methods] Taking extraction rate/yield of paeonol as index,effects of ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time,extraction solvent concentration(NaCl concentration) and solid-liquid ratio(NaCl dosage) on extraction rate/yield of paeonol from CORTEX MOUTAN were investigated by L9(34) orthogonal test.Results] The optimum extraction technology of paeonol was as follows:extraction temperature of 50 ℃,extraction time of 20 min,NaCl concentration of 3% and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10.Under this condition,the extraction yield and rate of paeonol were 0.964 0 g and 85.69%,respectively.Conclusion] Ultrasonic wave had obvious effects on extraction rate/yield of paeonol from CORTEX MOUTAN. |
