人猫共患癣菌病的防治

北京某观赏动物养殖场,养猫120多只,猴子10多只,1986年6月几乎全部发生了皮肤病,在场工作人员都被传染。经流行病学调查,临床症状特点,及用伍德氏灯检查惠毛,显微镜下看到惠毛上有犬小孢子菌,病原菌的分离和培养,人工发病复制实验等,确诊为癣菌病。惠部用克霉唑软膏和癣净治疗,取得了成功。只有人医和兽医密切合作,大力宣传防治此病知识,才能有效地控制其传播。
