圆柱形静载压缩螺旋弹簧的可靠性优化设计

摘    要:机械零件优化设计均以保证零件的安全第数大于许用值作为设计依据,示考虑零件失效概率,使设计过于保守;而零件的可靠性设计又仅考虑了零件的失效概率,未考虑设计方案是否最优。试将可靠性分析与优化设计方法相结合,提出了机械零件可靠性优化设计的一般方法,建立了圆柱形静载压缩螺旋弹弹簧可靠性优化设计的数学模型,并给出了一个设计实例。

Abstract:The optimization design of machine elements is done by insuring that the safety coefficient of elements is greater than the permitted threshold. Therefore the design is too conservative since the probability of losing efficacy is not taken into consideration. On the other hand,the reliability design of elements is made based on the probability of losing efficacy without considering when the design is optimum. The general procedure of reliability optimization design of machine elements,which combine the reliability analysis with the optimization design,has been proposed. The mathematical model of reliability optimization design has been developed for statically compressed cylindrical helical springs and an example shown.The comparison with the original designs showed that the design after the procedure in this paper was the most satifactory and benefrcial for improving the design quality of parts.
