略论抗战时期罗定的粮食生产

20世纪30年代,正值抗战时期,全国各地出现普遍的粮食匮乏,地处粤西交通要冲的罗定,受到战事的影响,出现了严重的粮荒.为了缓解粮食匮乏的问题,罗定县政府主要从增加粮食生产和加强粮食管理两个角度着手,积极实现粮食的增产和粮食的自给自足.这些措施,在推行之初,确实收到了一定的效果,不仅扩大了粮食作物的种植面积,增加了粮食的总产量,而且在平抑物价、稳定局势、保障军民粮食供给等方面都起到了积极的作用.然而,抗战结束后,国内战争爆发,政局不稳,致使抗战期间许多措施未能很好地得到贯彻和实施,大多流于形式.
