| 摘 要： | 我国林地价格评估理论研究和实践工作目前尚处于探索阶段。在分析林地价格评估方法的基础上,提出我国林地评估方法体系,将评估方法划分为可用方法、常用方法和基本方法,并对各种方法进行应用评价。
