番茄中番茄红素检测方法的改进

摘    要:通过对比实验,以三氯甲烷、石油醚作检测番茄红素的提取剂,与提取剂甲苯作比较,结果差异性不显著,因此以较低毒性的三氯甲烷、石油醚代替目前国标法中强致癌试剂甲苯完全可行。

Abstract:The chloroform and petrolem ether as extraction agent for testing the lycopene were compared with Toluene.The results showed that there was no significant difference within the three kinds of agents. Therefore,it was completely workable for using chloroform, petrolem ether to replace the Strong carcinogenic reagent toluene of current national standard method.
