摘    要:对采集分离的西瓜尖孢镰刀菌菌株的致死温度和最适碳氮营养源进行研究.结果表明,该病原菌分生孢子萌发的致死温度为60℃,菌丝生长的致死温度为80℃.测试的10种碳源和10种氮源中,对病原菌菌丝生长最适的碳源是葡萄糖,其次是麦芽糖和蔗糖,L-山梨糖最差;最适的氮源是DL-天门冬酰胺,其次是L-赖氨酸和甘氨酸,氯化铵、硫酸铵和L-胱氨酸最差.产孢量最适的碳源是L-山梨糖,氮源是k胱氨酸.
