| 摘 要： | 介绍船舶在PSC检查中关于MARPOL公约附则Ⅰ滞留缺陷的判定,列举了可能导致船舶滞留的常见的缺陷项目,并从检查证书和文件的有效性,加强设备管理和维护,做好人员培训几个方面提出有效降低船舶滞留风险的建议.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces MARPOL ANNEX I detainable deficiencies in PSC inspection,cites the common projects leading to the ship detention,and makes recommendations to reduce the ship detention in a similar risk by checking the validity of certificates and documents,strengthening the equipment management and maintenance,and training the crew in a better way. |
