工程变更的研究与管理

摘    要:工程变更是产品开发和生产过程中的重要工作.它可能涉及多个部门、人员、环节和多种设计数据,具有较高的复杂性,且容易出错,须耗费相当多的人力、物力和时间.为此,需要研究工程变更的特性和数字化的管理方法以支持可靠、高效的工程变更管理.技术分析了工程变更,阐述了工程变更管理的数字化办法,开发了PDM系统的工程变更管理子系统,较好地满足了工程变更的要求.

Abstract:Engineering change is an integral part of product development and manufacture process. It is time consuming and costly. Some engineering changes may involve multiple departments, various personnel and large design data, which makes the data management highly complicated and error-prone. The engineer- ing change management method, version based data model, and engineering change management system based on PDM system are proposed in this paper. The forms including engineering change issue, engineering change request, and engineering change order are applied in the system for the report, request, evaluation and implementation of the engineering changes.
