甘木通中总黄酮的超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:[目的]用正交试验法优选甘木通中总黄酮的超声提取工艺。[方法]以干浸膏中总黄酮的含量为指标,采用单因素和正交试验确定超声波辅助提取甘木通总黄酮的工艺条件。[结果]提取溶剂量为10倍,乙醇浓度为65%,提取次数为2次,超声提取时间为30min时,提取物中总黄酮含量最高,芦丁在2.72~16.32μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系。[结论]超声提取甘木通中总黄酮的工艺研究结果比较可靠,含量测定方法简便、准确,可用于甘木通干浸膏中总黄酮的含量测定。
