PGP基因家族成员的结构和功能

摘    要:通过对松材线虫耐药基因家族成员Bx-pgps的基因和蛋白质结构与功能的分析,对该家族成员的耐药机制进行了分析预测。从松材线虫基因组数据库中获得了与秀丽线虫pgp基因家族成员同源的基因,分别命名为Bx-pgp1至Bx-pgp10。对其疏水性、跨膜区域和拓扑异构结构等生物学特性进行了预测。结果表明:Bx-PGPs家族成员可能具有跨膜运输功能。

Abstract:With the molecular biological identification of members in the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus resistance gene family Bx-pgps,and their gene and protein structure and function,we analyzed and predicted the resistance mechanism of the family members.Genes homologous to members of the pgp gene family of C.elegans were obtained from B.xylophilus genome database,and named Bx-pgp1 to Bx-pgp10,respectively.We predicted and analyzed their properties including hydrophobicity,transmembrane regions,and topologically heterogeneous structures.Analysis results showed that members of the Bx-PGPs family have transmembrane transport functions.
