芘对萝卜幼苗生长和一些生理特性的影响

摘    要:采用土培方法探讨芘对萝卜幼苗生长和一些生理特性的影响。结果表明:芘对萝卜种子出苗率无影响,对幼苗株高、根长和叶面积有显著抑制作用;芘处理的萝卜幼苗叶片内叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量显著下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量、电解质渗透率显著提高,除超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性一直降低外,过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均呈现先升高后下降的趋势。

Abstract:Effects of different concentrations of pyrene in soil on growth and several physiological characteristics of Raphanus sativus seedlings were studied. The results showed that pyrene had little effects on emergence rate, but significantly suppressed the plant height, root length and leaf area. Pyrene stress could bring about the reduction in contents of chlorophyll a, and chlorophyll b significantly. While the MDA contents and leakage rate of electrolyte in seedling were increased significantly. Except the SOD activity were decreased, the POD and CAT activities were firstly increased and then decreased by pyrene.
