抗热应激剂对肥育猪血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:选体重约 6 0kg[杜× (长×大 ) ]杂种猪 5 0头 ,按性别、体重随机分为 5个处理组 ,每组 2个重复 ,每重复 5头 ,每重复单栏饲养 ,各组分别饲喂含不同抗热应激剂的饲粮 ,对照组仅喂基础日粮 ,4个试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加VC5 0 0mg kg、VE2 0 0mg kg、大豆黄素 10mg kg和牛磺酸 4 0 0mg kg ,试验期 39天。探讨不同抗热应激剂在高温条件下对肥育猪血清生化指标和免疫功能的影响。结果表明 :各组肥育猪血清尿素氮值差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,试验组血糖均低于对照组 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,VC组、VE组和牛磺酸组血清HCO-3值、缓冲总碱和剩余碱值较对照组有所提高 (P >0 .0 5 )。各试验组血清皮质醇水平和CD+4 CD+8值均低于对照组 (P >0 .0 5 )。由此可见 ,VC、VE、大豆黄素和牛磺酸能降低热应激时猪体内皮质醇水平和提高猪免疫力。

Abstract:three way crossbred[Duroc×(Landrace×Yorkshire)]finishing pigs(60kg)ewre divided into 5 groups randomly and each group had two replicates with 5 pigs per replicate.Pigs of control group were fed basal diet and other groups were fed diets supplemented with 500mg/kg vitamin C,200mg/kg vitamin E,10mg/kg daidzein or 400mg/kg taurine respectively.The following were the results of the experiment lasting 39 days:The serum urea nitrogen concentration of each treatment group was not significantly different from that of control group (P>0.05).The serum glucose concentration of each treatment guoup was lower than that of control group(P>0.05).The concentration of HCO - 3,buffer base and base excess in serum of vitamin C or vitamin E or taurine was accordingly increased from the control group.The serum Cortisol concentration and the CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio in serum of each treatment group was lower than that of control group(P>0.05).It was concluded that vitamin C and vitamin E and daidzein and taurine had better effect on the serum biochemical indexes and immunity of finishing pigs in a high temperature environment.
