| 摘 要： | 三峡库区生态环境建设面临的突出问题是泥沙淤积严重，而农区陡坡开垦、顺坡耕种是水土流失的重要原因。唯有人工种草，是解决三峡泥沙淤积、解决库区移民生计、实现库区长治久安的正确选择。

| Abstract: | Construction of ecological envirnment among the Three Gorges Dam territory is facing a critical problem of significant deposition of mud and sand which has been obviously resulted from slope reclaim and longitudinal cultiration in farming areas .the only correct option of artificial grass planting could resolve the Three Gorges mud and sand deposition and settle the livelihood of immigrants from the Dam areas.It is also a long term policy for the areas. |
