肋木对钢琴音板声振动传播性能的影响

摘    要:以4云杉属树种的8块实际立式钢琴共振板为研究对象(每一树种均为2块共振板),测定了粘贴肋木前的共振板、粘贴肋木后的音板及制成钢琴后音板的振动传播响应时间,比较分析了粘贴肋木前共振板与粘贴肋木后音板的振动传播速率的变化;并分析了制成钢琴后音板的顺纹理与横纹理方向振动传播速率的差异.结果表明:①对于加肋木后的音板,其声振动横向传播速率较未加肋木有明显提高,速率提高程度在1倍左右.②制成钢琴后音板的顺纹理与横纹理方向的振动传播速率相差较少,除远东红皮云杉第1号音板外,其它音板的顺纹理与横纹理方向振动传播速率比值均分布在1.04~1.27之间.说明由于肋木的存在,在很大程度上降低了音板顺纹理与横纹理方向之间振动传播速率的差异,使音板受到来自琴弦振动的激励后,可在尽量短的时间内使整个音板均匀振动起来.

Abstract:The velocities of vibration transmission of eight pieces of boards which is in the three-stage of resonance boards,soundboards and the whole soundboards of Picea glehnii,P.jezoensis,P.likiangensis,and P.sitchensis were measured respectively.The resonance board is the board that the ribs aren't affixed on it;the soundboard is the board that the ribs are affixed on it;and the whole soundboard is the soundboard in the piano.The effect of ribs on the velocity of radial vibration transmission of the soundboards ...
