金钗石斛光合产物的运转和分配

用1 4 C示踪技术研究了金钗石斛光合产物运转与分配的变化。结果表明 ,周年光合产物分配的变化与生长中心变化一致 ,在定植初期光合产物绝大多数都分配到成长叶中 ,第 1次分蘖生长期主要分配到第 1次分蘖中 ,第 2次分蘖生长期则主要分配到第 2次分蘖中。定植初期的光合产物在生长中期主要输送到第 1次的分蘖茎 ,后期则主要输送到成长茎中。金钗石斛不同叶位叶片生产的光合产物具有就近运输的特点 ,各类茎生产的光合产物亦主要供给自身茎的发育

TRANSLOCATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF PHOTOSYNTHATE IN DENDROBE

The translocation and distribution of photosynthate in dendrobe were studied by using 14C. The results showed that the change of distribution of photosynthate was the same as that of growth centre. The photosynthate was mainly translocated into mature leaf at the stage of transplanting ,the f irst tillering at the f irst tillering growth stage ,and the second tillering at the second tillering growth stage ,respectively. The photosynthate at transplanting stage was mainly translocated into the f irst tillering stem at the middle growth stage , mature stem at the late growth stage ,respectively. The photosynthate of different age of leaves was mainly translocated into the nearest part , and the photosynthate of different stem also mainly suppl ied the growth and development of itself .
