树莓乳制品开发研究进展

摘    要:对树莓营养价值、保健功能及开发利用现状等进行概述,指出目前树莓资源开发利用的局限性,重点阐述树莓乳制品开发研究现状,并对其发展前景作了简要讨论。

Abstract:The development of new raspberry dairy products may catch consumer much favour because of raspberry's various healthcare function.This paper gives a brief account on the progress of raspberry from such aspects as nutritional value,healthcare function as well as development and utilization,next the limitations that existed in development and utilization are pointed out at present,then the present situation of development and research on the raspberry dairy products are emphatically expounded,and its developing prospects is also proposed.
