中国草原红牛与甘南牦牛杂交试验研究

用中国草原红牛杂交改良甘南牦牛试验研究结果表明,草原红牛在甘南地区有良好的适应性,与甘南牦牛自然交配,繁殖成活率达46.99%,比用黑白花奶牛冻精人工授精生产犏牛提高10.84%,比当地黄牛杂交甘南牦牛提高6.99%.繁殖的草犏牛杂种优势明显,初生重大,公母分别为21.41 kg和20.52 kg,相应比甘南牦牛增加8.20 kg和7.33 kg,比土犏牛增加6.06 kg和5.55 kg(P＜0.01);生长发育快,18月龄时,公母体重分别为184.43 kg和178.67 kg,相应比甘南牦牛增加62.76 kg和61.01 kg,比土犏牛增加52.94 kg和52.68 kg(P＜0.01),杂种优势率达6.99%.建议在甘南地区推广草原红牛杂交改良甘南牦牛技术,并对草犏牛生产性能进行测定.

Research of Crossing Between the Chinese Red Steppers and Gannan Yaks

Gannan yaks was crossed by the Chinese Red steppes,the result showed: Chinese Red Steppes had the well adaptability in Gannan and can natural mate Gannan yaks,the reproductive survival rate was 46.99%,it was raised 10.84% by the reduction of using artificial insemination in Holstein Dairy Cow,and raised 6.99% with local yellow cattle crossing Gannan yaks.Red steppe-yak had the significant heterosis,the birth weight was high,the weight of male and female were 21.41 kg and 20.52 kg respectively,it was higher than Gannan yaks with 8.20 kg and 7.33 kg respectively,and had significant improved 6.06 kg and 5.55 kg respectively(P<0.01) with local cattle-yak.The growth performance was well,in 18th month,the weight of male and female were 184.43kg and 178.67kg,raising 62.76kg and 61.0kg comparing with Gannan yaks and raised 52.94kg and 52.68kg(p<0.01)comparing with local cattle-yak respectively.The heterosis was 6.99%.The suggestion was using Chinese Red Steppes to cross and improve Gannan yaks in Gannan and measure the growth performance of Red steppe-yak.
