| 摘 要： | 总结了近年来分子标记在果树研究中的应用，尤其对利用分子标记进行基因组连销图谱的构建和与目标基因连销标记的寻找及基因定位做了较详细的介绍，并对当前果树领域分子标记研究存在的问题及未来前景做了分析。

| Abstract: | The application of most ecular markers on fruit trees were summed up in this paper. Construction of genetic map, achievement of molecular markers that were closely linked to the target genes and location of genes were also introduced in details. At the same time, problems existed and the future in field of most molecular markers study on fruit trees were further analyzed. |
