鼓式制动器平均制动器因数试验研究

摘    要:以JETTA-GTX轿车的后轮鼓式制动器为研究对象,在制动器惯性实验台上对其平均制动器因数进行实际测试研究。在初始温度一定的情况下,考虑压力和速度两个主要因素,并对每个因素采用三个水平,利用二次正交回归方法,最后得到了该制动器的平均制动器因数随制动压力和制动初速度的变化表达式,式子描述了其变化规律。

Abstract:The rear wheel drum brake of JETTA-GTX car was taken as testing object,average brake factor was measured on brake dynamometer.At the same initial temperature,all measurements were performed with pressure and speed as two main factors at three different levels.The results was analyzed using quadric recursive method,and got the equation which can describe the average brake factor change condition with pressure and speed as variables.
