桉树栽培紫芝及营养成分分析

摘    要:为探讨桉树栽培紫芝的可行性,笔者于2012年-2013年利用当地5年~6年树龄的尾叶桉为菌材,开展了桉树栽培紫芝对比试验,并对其灵芝产品营养成分送样检测。结果表明,利用桉树栽培紫芝是可行的,其菌丝生长速度快于米槠(CK)菌材,当年平均产量(早晚季合计)25.42kg·m^-3,比对照提高2.67%,差异不显著;氨基酸、粗多糖等营养成分经福建省分析测试中心检测,桉树早季灵芝总氨基酸含量(TAA)6.05g/100g,晚季灵芝总氨基酸含量(TAA)7.31g/100g,早季粗多糖含量0.52g/100g,晚季粗多糖含量0.67g/100g,比米槠(CK)栽培粗多糖含量0.59g/100g高13.56‰

Analysis on Nutrient Content of Ganoderma sinense Cultivated by Eucalyptus spp.

Abstract:During 2012 to 2013, the C.anoderma sineuse cultivation test by using 5 - 6 years old caudate lobe of Eucalyptus spp. in Wuping County were carried out, to analyse the feasibility of Ganoderma sinense cultivated by Eucalyptus spp. and its nutrient content. These data supported the conclusion that Ganoderma sinense cultivated by Eucalyptus spp. was feasible, its mycelium growth was better than CK, and the average output ( early and later season total) reached 25.42 kg. m^-3. Compared with CK, its output was improved by 2. 67%, which had no significant difference. The nutrient content tested by the Analysis and Test Center of Fujian Province showed that for the early season, the total amino acid content was 6. 05 g/100g and crude polysaccharide was O. 52 g/10Og, mainwhile, for the later season, the total amino acid content was 7.31 g/100g and crude polysaccharide was 0. 67 g/100g, which was improved by 13.56% in crude polysaccharide compared with CK (0. 59 g/10Og).
