摘    要:一氧化氮合酶(NOS)家族中诱生型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在细胞因子或脂多糖刺激下,催化合成的一氧化氮(N0)对多种寄生虫具有杀伤作用。因此,认识一氧化氮在抗血吸虫感染中的作用,有着重要的理论意义和潜在的临床应用价值。本文就一氧化氮的生物学特性、生物合成、作用机制以及近年来一氧化氮/一氧化氮合酶在血吸虫学研究中的应用作一综述。

Abstract:iNOS , one of the family of NOS isoforms, catalyzed and synthesized NO when stimulated by lipopolysaccharide or induced by cytokine. It was found that parasites could be killed by NO. Thus, it is of important theoretical and potential value of clinical application to understand that NO catalyzed and synthesized by iNOS against parasite infection. This article reviewed the information of NO including biological characters, biosynthesis, mechanism of action and the recent applications in the field of schistosome.
