双向犁翻转机构的精度设计

摘    要:翻转式双向犁通常采用单油缸驱动的曲柄摇块机构实现犁架的翻转,在工作过程中机构要越过死点,并进行液压油路的换向,这时油缸相对于机构应处于失控状态,避免出现干涉现象.为此,运用极值法进行装配尺寸链的分析计算,提出了按照油缸连接件的两种极限状态确定失控连接间隙的方法;并根据1LF-335液压翻转犁翻转机构参数及精度要求,确定了失控连接间隙为2.565~2.855mm.设计结果已应用于保定农业机械厂生产的液压翻转犁上,越中性能良好.

Abstract:One-way plow of reversal usually adopts crank-shaft swaying framework that is droved bY one cylinder in order to complete reversal of plow frame. While the crank-shaft swaying framework passes control-lost joint and begins hydraulic oil-way turn, the cylinder gets out of control to mechanism. To avoid interference phenomena, according to the getting over the center capability request of mechanism, the paper uses the extremism method to analysis and calculates the assembly dimension chain, on condition that each jointing part is determine assembly datum. The paper proposes the determination method of control-lost joint crack according to the two limit situation of the tank jointing part. Take the hydraulic reversal mechanism of ILF-335 type plow as the example, the design results of control-lost joint crack is from 2.565 millimeters to 2.855 millimeters. At present Baoding mechanical factory has been produced a batch of this one-way plow. In fact the plow has the good center capability of getting over.
