| 摘 要： | 农村文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分。当前普遍存在农村文化基础设施落后、公共文化服务体系不健全,文化队伍青黄不接,农村文化＂沙漠化＂、＂异化＂现象严重。改变当前农村普遍存在的文化＂弱势＂状态刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | The rural cultural construction of a new socialist countryside is an important part of the building. Prevailing culture of the current poor infrastructure in rural areas, public cultural service system is not perfect, and cultural force growing numbers of rural culture, ＂desertification＂, ＂alienation＂ is a serious problem. Prevalent in rural areas to change the current culture of ＂vulnerable＂ state of urgency. |
