生态理念下农村人居环境建设研究——以河南省为例

结合河南省人居环境现状及存在的问题,基于生态理念,本着可持续发展与节能减排的原则,从自然环境、人工环境、社会环境3个方面,研究了污水、垃圾、粪便等生活废弃物的处理方式以及饮水工程、基础设施、居民住宅、经济环境、人文环境、法制环境的建设方法,以期能为河南省农村人居环境建设参考。

Study on the Construction of Rural Living Environment Based on Ecological Conceptions

Combined with the present conditions and existing problems of rural living environment in Henan Province,based on the rules of ecological conceptions and principles of sustainable development and energy saving and emission reduction,from three aspects of natural environment,artificial environment and social environment,the disposal methods of living sewage,living garbage,manure and construction methods of drinking water projects,infrastructure,residential and economic environment,human environment,legal environment were studied,so as to provide reference for the rural living environment construction of Henan Province.
