| 摘 要： | 目的 总结髌骨外侧压迫综合征(LPCS)的微创手术治疗经验.方法 15例LPCS(左膝7例,右膝8例)患者行关节镜下外侧支持带松解术,部分病例加关节清理术,术后采取康复训练,用Lysholm膝关节功能评分评价疗效.结果 所有患者术后1个月膝关节疼痛明显减轻或消失；术后半年Lysholm评分优良率为86.7％,患者主观满...

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of minimally invasive operation in treatment of lateral patellar compression syndrome （LPCS）. Methods Fifteen LPCS patients （7 left and 8 right knees） underwent the arthroscopic lateral retinacular release, with joint debridement in some cases, and then received postoperative rehabilitation. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by Lysholm knee ftmetion score. Results Knee pain alleviated or disappeared in all patients. Six months postoperation, Lysholm knee function score showed that the excellent and good rate was 86.7%, while the subjective satisfaction rate was 93.3%. Conclusion Arthroscopic lateral refinacular release is simple and effective for LPCS. |
