| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of kinesitherapy on quality of sleep in patients undergong maintained hemodial- ysis （MHD）. Methods Sixty MHD patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group received conventional hemodialysis care, while experiment group accepted kinesitherapy. Their quality of sleep were assessed by Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） before and after 6-month intervention. Rosults Total and each factor＇ s scores of PSQI in experiment group were significantly lower than those in control group after intervention （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Kinesitherapy can improve the aualitv of sleep in MHD patients. |
