竹节树、湿地松对污泥重金属的吸附与耐受能力研究

摘    要:为探究华南地区2种常见的园林绿化树种竹节树(Carallia brachiata)、湿地松(Pinus elliottii)对污泥中重金属的吸附与耐受能力,通过配制50%和100%不同污泥比例基质开展盆栽试验,分析竹节树、湿地松的生长发育及对重金属的吸附与转运能力。结果表明:50%比例污泥处理抑制了竹节树株高、地径的生长及生物量的积累,促进了湿地松株高、地径的生长及生物量的积累;100%比例污泥处理抑制了竹节树、湿地松株高、地径的生长,抑制了竹节树生物量的积累,对湿地松生物量积累无明显影响。不同浓度污泥处理下,竹节树耐受能力较差,湿地松耐受能力较强。竹节树对低浓度的Cu、Pb、Cd、Ni及高浓度的Zn有一定的吸附能力,湿地松对5种重金属的吸附能力较弱。50%与100%比例污泥处理下,竹节树对Zn、Pb的转运能力较强,湿地松对Zn、Cd的转运能力较强。竹节树对污泥中重金属的吸附能力强于湿地松,湿地松对污泥的耐受能力强于竹节树。

Abstract:In order to explore the adsorbability and tolerance capacity of heavy metals in sludge by two common landscaping tree species by Carallia brachiata&Pinus elliottii in South China,pot experiments were conducted to explore the growth and development of Carallia brachiata&Pinus elliottii,as well as the adsorbability and transport capacity of heavy metals under 50%&100%sludge ratio.Result shows that:Fifty percent sludge treatment inhibit the growth of height and diameter and biomass accumulation of Carallia brachiata,promote the growth of height and diameter and biomass accumulation of Pinus elliottii;one hundred percent sludge treatment inhibit the growth of height&ground diameter of Carallia brachiata&Pinus elliottii,inhibit the biomass accumulation of Carallia brachiata,but has no significant effect on the biomass accumulation of Pinus elliottii.Under different concentrations of sludge treatment,the tolerance of Carallia brachiata is poor,while that of Pinus elliottii is strong.Result shows that Carallia brachiata has a certain adsorption capacity for low concentrations of Cu,Pb,Cd,Ni and high concentrations of Zn,while Pinus elliottii has a weak adsorbability for five heavy metals.Under the treatment of 50%&100%sludge,the transport capacity of Zn&Pb by Carallia brachiata is stronger,while that of Zn&Cd by Pinus elliottii is stronger.In conclusion,the adsorbability of sludges by Carallia brachiata is stronger than that by Pinus elliottii,and the tolerance of sludges by Pinus elliottii is stronger than that of Carallia brachiata.
