南方红壤水土流失初步治理区生态循环与产业提升技术对策——以福建省长汀县、宁化县、平和县为例

摘    要:为了转变传统农业增长方式,有效缓解区域人口、资源、环境矛盾,实现南方水土流失区治理成果的巩固与提升,以福建省长汀县、宁化县、平和县为例,分析水土流失初步治理区的农业发展现状与循环农业发展成效,并结合区域生态环境与生产实际,提出了进一步维系生态平衡、农业良性循环和特色产业提升的技术对策与措施:(1)把握重点,打造精品示范基地;(2)发挥优势,建设循环农业园区;(3)阐明规律,增加地表植被覆盖;(4)创新驱动,培植新型朝阳产业;(5)多元投入,夯实综合防控基础;(6)持续发展,推动生态文明建设。

Abstract:In order to change the growth mode of traditional agriculture, effectively alleviate contraction between population, resources and environment, and eonsolidate the achievement of soil erosion controlling, the author analyzed agricultural development status and achievement of cycle agriculture in soil erosion elementary controlling area, and case study were conducted in Changting County, Ninghua County and Pinghe County in Fujian Province. In this paper, it proposed technical measures about further maintaining ecological balance and virtuous agricultural circle, and enhancing the special industries, combined with regional ecological environment and actual production. The detail technical measures were following: (1) emphasizingbuilt quality demonstration bases; (2) building recycling agricultural park based on regional advantages; (3) making some measures to increase vegetation coverage; (4) innovatively cultivating the new sunrise industry; (5) strengthening the basis of comprehensive prevention and control with multiple inputs; (6) promoting ecological civilization and sustainable development.
