Discussion on the Improvement of Product Quality Control Based on New Patterns Developed at Dongli District of Tianjin

With an in-depth analysis on the current status of the organization for product quality control in Dongli district,this article discusses new development patterns of such organizations. A new way for development has been paved through well-combined efforts,which include creating new concepts for development,strengthening the construction of infrastructure,making use of technical advances,finding multiple financing channels,establishing necessary partnerships,expanding the market of quality control and promoting the organizational capacity-building. The experiences and lessons learned during this process are shared with other quality control organizations in this article.
