食品微生物检测技术课程的教学改革探索

摘    要:通过对食品微生物检测技术课程的课程体系改革、课程内容改革、综合性实训课程设置、教学方式、考核方法改革及推进校企合作等的探讨,结合教学改革的实践对适应当前就业形势的食品微生物检测技术课程教学提出建议。

Abstract:Through the research on reform of food microbiological detection technology curriculum, curriculum content reform, comprehensive training curriculum setting, teaching methods, assessment methods reform and promotion of university-enterprise cooperation, combine the practice on teaching reform, put forward suggestions on the teaching of food microbiological detection technology curriculum, to adapt to current employment situation.
