摘    要:以5个基因型的青花菜品种为供试材料,采用游离小孢子培养技术,研究基因型对小孢子胚芽诱导和植株再生的影响。结果表明:基因型是影响小孢子胚芽诱导率的重要因子。

Abstract:Five different genotypes of broccoli were used as experimental materials in this paper and the plant regeneration factors of microspore embryoids and effects of genotypes on embryonic induction rate were studied. The results showed that the genotype was the most important factor on the inducing rate of mierospore-derived embryos.
