雏鹅的鸭瘟病原分离鉴定及油乳剂灭活苗研制

摘    要:用患病雏鹅的肝、脾、肾作病料分离病毒 ,经致病性试验、被动免疫试验、中和试验证明分离病毒为鸭瘟病毒 ,并用此病毒研制成油乳剂灭活苗 ,用于鹅鸭瘟的预防和治疗 ,效果较好。

Abstract:Viruses were isolated from livers, spleens and kidneys in diseased goslings. The isolated viruses were identified to be a duck plague virus by pathogenicity, passive immunity and neutralization trials. An oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine developed with the isolated virus produced ideal results in controlling duck plague in goslings.
