羊草和冰草根际高效固氮菌的分离及鉴定

摘    要:利用平板划线法和乙炔还原法对羊草和冰草根际固氮菌进行分离和固氮活性的测定。结果表明:供试的25个菌种均可产生C2H4,且产生量在26.64-164.10μmol/(h·L)之间,C2H4产生量大于100μmol/(h·L)的有6株,分别为164.10、146.90、127.70、127.30、118.20、100.10μmol/(h·L)。对4种固氮活性大的菌株作回接试验,初步鉴定了其在土壤中的固氮活性。

Abstract:The azotobacteria in the rhizosphere of Leymus chinensis and Agropyron mongoIica were separated, and their activities were measured by the methods of dilution-plate method and etylene reduction assay. The restdts indicate that the C2H4 producing rates of the 25 bacteria species tested were between 26.64- 164.10 μmol/(h·L). Six of the 25 species had their C2H4 producing rates more than 100μmol/(h·L), they were 164.10, 146.90, 127.70, 127.30, 118.20, 100.10μmol/(h·L) . Also, the reinoculation experiment was performed on the former four species and their nitrogen activities in soil were primarily identified.
