麻黄扦插育苗技术研究

摘    要:以草麻黄为试验材料,从 NAA 浓度及处理时间,扦插基质及茎段生理状态 4个方面研究了对麻黄茎段扦插生根成苗的影响。结果表明,麻黄扦插 NAA 处理最佳浓度为 100 mg/l,处理时间为 10 min,扦插基质为干净的河砂,最佳生理状态为三年生的麻黄茎段。

Abstract:The effect of the NAA concentration and its treatment time ,the cutting media, and the physiological of stems on rooting from the stem cutting of Ephedra sinica Stapf were studied in this paper. The results ted that the optimum conditions including the NAA concentration and its treatment time, the cutting media, he physiological state of stems, which were benefit to the cutting of Ephedra sinica Stapf, were 100 mg/l, n,sand and 3-year-old stem, respectively.
