| 摘 要： | 系统探讨了敌敌畏对蟾蜍蝌蚪红细胞微核的影响。目的探讨敌敌畏对蟾蜍蝌蚪的致突变作用。方法以敌敌畏为污染物,以蟾蜍蝌蚪为受试物,进行急性毒性实验,取血涂片瑞氏染色,光学显微镜观察。结果实验组敌敌畏0.500mg/L使蟾蜍蝌蚪红细胞微核率升高,与对照组相比P<0.01有显著性差异;伴随敌敌畏浓度升高,蟾蜍蝌蚪红细胞微核及核异常率明显升高,存在剂量-效应关系。结论敌敌畏对蟾蜍蝌蚪有致突变作用。
