| 摘 要： | 当前,祁连山自然保护区生态建设正处在"总体好转、局部恶化、矛盾突出、任务艰巨"的总体趋势。要从根本上扭转保护区目前的现状,就必须大力培养和造就符合时代发展要求、具有开拓创新能力、能够担当起保护区建设重任的高素质林业人才队伍。
