贵阳市水利工程建设

水利是经济社会发展的重要物质基础,是实现城乡发展一体化的保障条件。贵阳市水利设施基础建设由于自然条件和历史欠账等原因长期滞后,工程性缺水严重,供水严重不足。贵阳市要建设现代化的大都市,实现城乡一体化,必须大力发展水利为主的公共基础设施建设。本文在对贵阳市水利设施基础建设的重要性进行分析的基础上,提出了发展贵阳市水利基础设施建设的一些建议。
