| 摘 要： | 近年来,从不同角度对于中国农村社会的运行与发展以及农村管理问题进行研究逐步成为诸多学者关注的热点。对于农村管理模式的分析,有助于了解农村基层管理现状,能够更好的剖析农村社会存在的问题,在此基础上可探索适合农村社会发展的管理模式,以促进农村社会的发展。
