| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国水产品质量安全事件时有发生,极大地威胁了人民身体健康,并影响了国民经济发展。对水产品质量安全问题的现状进行论述,从水产投入品、生产环境、流通过程等环节剖析水产品质量安全事件发生的原因,提出加大监管力度、明确监管体制、强化科学养殖等监管措施和建议。
